Knight Frank Research took a look at the recent property performance for all six cities, and found that in the 12 months to November 2021, average property prices grew by:
Dublin - 12.8%
Edinburgh – 11.9%
Cardiff – 11.7%
London (Richmond) – 9.8%
Paris – 5.5%
Rome – 1.1%
Chris Druce, Senior Research Analyst at Knight Frank, says: “With the reopening of economies around the world, people have been reminded of the benefits of urban living, namely easy access to amenities and services.
“Locations that also meet buyers’ pandemic-inspired requirement for more space and greenery have also performed strongly’’.
