_UK Customer Satisfaction Awards: Knight Frank wins for ‘Customer Commitment’

Last week’s UK Customer Experience Awards saw Knight Frank take home five awards for the best-in-class, personalised service we provide our clients. This week, we are delighted to have won the Customer Commitment Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, held on 19th October.

The awards are held annually by the Institute of Customer Service, the accrediting body for UK customer service – upholding the gold standard across all industries and advising organisations including Amazon, John Lewis and the Government. 

We are honoured to have received the Customer Commitment Award, which recognises the organisations who are 'innovating and finding creative solutions to old and new challenges', and who have a customer-orientated culture with a commitment to customer service excellence. Finalists included O2, M&S, Virgin Money, Samsung, Nationwide and Zurich. 

Now in our 125th year, we will continue to listen to you, our customers and our clients so we can continue to innovate, adapt and provide the excellent service you would expect from Knight Frank for the next 125 years. As ever, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
