Since Crossrail was confirmed in 2008, house prices in Hanwell located within a 20-minute walk of Hanwell Station have increased 61% according to the same research carried out by Knight Frank.
Rental values have swelled by 4.7% in the wider Borough of Ealing in the last five years with the area gaining momentum with renters looking for good lifestyle choices and short journey times to key work, education and entertainment hubs across the capital.
