Led by Ken Kan, the firm’s new Managing Director of Shenzhen and Head of Office Services of South China, the Shenzhen team will serve to expand our market presence in China’s most dynamic and fast growing Tier 1 city.

Ken has over 15 years of real estate transaction experience in different Greater China markets, including Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing and Chengdu. In particular, he has been involved in over ten projects in Qianhai and has actively built up an extensive network within this area.

Formerly Managing Director of Shenzhen for CBRE for the past two years, Ken was responsible for overall management of the Shenzhen branch and Office Services Division in South China. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked in Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. Ken graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Culture Studies.

Besides Ken, another five professionals from CBRE are joining the Shenzhen Office Services team in taking on this new and important challenge: Carol Wu, Adam Zhou, Irene Ye, Tony Fang and Logan Zhai. They will bring to the firm their strong experience, track record and industry connections, which will enhance our service platform and strengthen our market position.

The establishment of the Knight Frank Shenzhen office signifies our commitment to grow in the Greater Bay area, and is an integral part of our China expansion plan.
