_Knight Frank brokers 28,000 sq m of space for pharmaceutical logistics company in Frankfurt

On the advice and mediation of the international real estate consultancy Knight Frank, Movianto Deutschland GmbH has signed a lease for 28,000 sqm of new logistics space in the Frankfurt metropolitan area.

The service provider for storage and transport of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical products based in Neunkirchen (Saarland) will move into the property in the second quarter of 2019 after completion.

"The tenant was accompanied during the search for a suitable location and during the lease negotiations for the long-term settlement of the entire Multipark Ginsheim-Gustavsburg", commented Peter Bauer, Managing Partner Industrial at Knight Frank.

The Single-Tenant property is located in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg in the northwest of the southern Hessian district of Gross-Gerau and has a direct connection to the motorway junction A60 / A671. Frankfurt Airport is approximately 20 km away. The project is being developed by a joint venture of MP Holding and ISARKIES.
