Knight Frank has been involved in all of the major retail developments in Lusaka - Manda Hill Centre, Arcades Shopping Centre and Crossroads Shopping Mall – as well as in Livingstone, Falls Park Shopping Centre, with development advice, leasing and property management services.

We have also been involved in advising on the major new office developments in Lusaka such as Pyramid Plaza, Elunda Office Park and Counting House Square (9,500 square metres in total) where we leased offices to tenants including Barclays Bank, African Development Bank, Ericssons, BDO, CIDRZ and African Banking Corporation.
