In 2006 Knight Frank formed an alliance with prominent, US based commercial real estate advisors Newmark, who subsequently changed their name to Newmark Knight Frank in North and South America. In 2012 Newmark Knight Frank and Grubb and Ellis came together to form Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
