Property Valuation and Consultancy
This is a key area of the company's operations. The department is run by Judy Rugasira Kyanda, who holds a Masters in Property Valuation and Finance and is a managing director of Knight Frank Uganda Ltd, with ten years practical experience in the valuation of Land and Property in UK, Uganda and Rwanda.
Residential and Commercial Agency
Knight Frank Uganda Ltd operates a busy and successful team of residential and commercial agents ensuring that any company, organisation or individual requiring property in Uganda is catered for. The department acts for a large number of landlords ranging for international corporations to local
individuals in selling or letting their premises. The department is headed by Michael Kaguamba.
Residential & Commercial Property Management
The department manages a wide range of properties including large multi-let commercial properties and individual houses in and around Kampala providing a full property management and accounting service. Knight Frank Uganda Ltd manages the recently refurbished 15,000 Sq M Crested Towers office complex, possibly the most prestigious office address in Kampala. Properties include Rwenzori Courts measuring 6,000 Sq M and Rwenzori House having 4,000 Sq M of lettable area. Other Residential Managed properties include Akamwesi Apartments having 30 apartments and Katatumba Suites containing 40 apartments.
The department is run by Geraldine Kaberuka – B.Arch, MSc FEM.
