Singapore's Consultancy & Research (C & R) Dept is a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and executives with a mission to assist owners, developers, financiers and occupiers derive maximum gain from their dealings with their properties, keeping risks to an acceptable level. We combine in-depth research with the insights of the company's agency department who know, first hand, the pulse of the market. The scope of our consultancy services are wide ranging, and cover both local and regional markets. They include: proposals on improving development and planning concepts, market forecasts, portfolio evaluation and allocation, feasibility studies, optimum product mix, pricing, real estate audits, development phasing and timing, urban planning, and strategies to maximise a project's potential value. We also publish regular market updates and specialised research reports on various topics. We have undertaken major studies on the Chinatown and Orchard Road Thematic Zones (Singapore Tourism Board), the Bugis Entertainment District (URA), the Esplanade-Theatres on the Bay (Esplanade Co.), and Land Use Options for various transport facilities (LTA).
