Knight Frank is one of the few real estate firms in Singapore experienced and qualified enough to successfully organise and auction an average of about 500 properties a year, grossing a total of more than 40 million worth of sales done under the hammer.
Through up-to-date analysis of market conditions, we provide advice on sale prices and recommend the most appropriate time to place the property on sale. In this way, our clients are able to secure optimum market prices within a minimum time frame.
