The village is surrounded by the lush greenery of the Valmasque forest, and sitting in its elevated position offers views of the Baie de Cannes, the Lerins island, Grasse and the Préalpes.

In the centre of the village, narrow, winding streets are bordered by ancient houses, while on the outskirts, luxurious properties are obscured by parks and gardens. And the town is perfect for families relocating to the area thanks to the nearby Mougins School, an international institution.

Landscape

The hilltop medieval village is surrounded by forests of the Alpes-Maritimes département and peers over Cannes, which is just 15 minutes away.

The village, full of pine, olive and cyprus trees, is also near to other towns and villages, such as Grasse, which sits on the edge of the Préalpes d’Azur regional park.
