The city of Glasgow is running short of top-quality office space, it has been reported.
A study by property consultancy DTZ found that only 75,000 sq ft of grade A space is available in Scotland's largest city at present, mainly at 4 Atlantic Quay, the Scotsman reports.
However, the situation will be eased later this year when an additional 98,000 sq ft of space become available at the completion of the Cuprum development in Cadogan Square.
While Glasgow struggles to maintain its supply of Grade A space, the commercial office market in Aberdeen has been described as buoyant.
Upon the return to his old firm of Shepherds at their office in the city, Surveyor James Richardson stated that the evidence of how busy the office was indicated that the Aberdonian commercial sector is "very active at present", Liquorice Media reported last month.
