The Commercial and Industrial Sales Departments in both Blantyre and Lilongwe offer a wide range of services related to the sale and purchase of all types of commercial and industrial properties.

Our services include the formulation of a marketing strategy which takes into account the nature/type of property, assistance in the drawing up sale agreements, instructing conveyancers, and managing the transfer process. Our clients include large pension funds, corporates and parastatals.

Property Management

Our primary objective is to maximise income, minimise expenses and safeguard the value of the property. In pursuance of this goal, our overall property management service includes the collection of rents and other monies due; provide full accounting to the client; pay all accounts relating to the property; undertake rental negotiations on rent review or lease renewal; re-let vacant premises; undertake inspections on a regular basis; supervise caretakers; cleaners and security staff and oversee maintenance agreements for any plant and equipment.

Lettings
