NKF Analytics is a platform that supports all Newmark Knight Frank services, including global corporate services and consulting, program and facilities management, and leasing and financial advisory services.
NKF Vision
The heart of our technology strategy is NKF Vision, a data integration system and dashboard developed by the NKF Analytics team. NKF Vision increases the capabilities of any given organisation to optimise and manage a real estate portfolio. In order to effectively manage a portfolio, real estate executives need to access data from multiple information systems, departments and business units, as well as from internal and external data sources. In the best environments, this is problematic owing to varied owners, incompatible technology and the sheer volume of data. NKF Vision remedies these problems: it is a business intelligence tool that can read data (operations, finance, human resources, real estate, external data, etc.) from a data source to allow "on demand" reporting of metrics and key performance indicators more quickly and accurately than has ever been possible. In addition, NKF Vision offers the following benefits:

It can be utilised as a desktop tool, implemented on our client's server, or hosted by Newmark Knight Frank. NKF Vision dramatically reduces the time involved in transferring information from the client to Newmark Knight Frank. In essence,it enables the implementation of the next generation of corporate real estate management.

NKF Analytics has developed a suite of tools to enable seamless integration between real estate and business unit operations, ensuring successful measurement in driving continuous real estate portfolio improvement while responding to changing business dynamics. NKF Analytics tools optimise our three main areas of value creation - the function, location and management of real estate. Our mission is to apply our subject matter expertise in operations and real estate to drive total portfolio performance at a dramatically accelerated pace while improving overall productivity and efficiency. Each of our Analytics tools is fully integrated with NKF Vision, which provides two benefits: aggregated information in NKF Vision can be used as a common platform to transfer data to our suite of NKF Analytics tools and, in turn, the solutions provided by our NKF Analytics tools can use NKF Vision as a common reporting system.
