Filip Derijck has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Leuven.
He has been in the property business for since 1993. After a short stay in a local property company, he worked for Colliers August Thouard, where he was involved in industrial, agency and investment work. In 1998, he joined Knight Frank SA/NV and is now Head of the Investment department.

Jean VandezandeJean Vandezande
Director, Office Agency Department

Jean Vandezande has a degree in Marketing from the University of EPHEC in Brussels. He started his career in residential property, after which he worked as Sales and Executive Manager in a prestigious hotel in Brussels. In 1997, he joined Knight Frank SA/NV and is now Head of the Agency department for the Brussels Region.
