The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors - the upper floor comprising the principal reception rooms and the master bedroom suite; the lower floor comprises the guest accommodation with two guest bedroom suites either side of a sitting room. The guest bedrooms both open out onto a freshwater swimming pool with sitting and dining pavilions at either end. Steps lead down to a further sun deck and beyond to the beautiful garden. The attractive and mature gardens descend directly to the beach and provide a wonderful setting for the house, supporting a variety of mature trees and plants including the vibrant Exoro and Franjipani. A central pathway leads down to a second pool, also freshwater, and beyond directly to the beach. At one end of the swimming pool is a hammock pavilion and at the other a dining gazebo. On one side there is a wide sitting area.
